Choose the products you want to order by clicking the »Add to bag« button. This will add the item to your basket.

Ordering our Products and Conclusion of Contract

You can change this choice at any time up to sending your order (up to the step »Payment«) by changing the quantity of products, by checking the box »Remove« and deleting the choice by clicking the »Update« button, or by aborting the ordering process. By clicking the »checkout« button you will proceed to the next step.

Log in / Personal Data

Please log in with your current e-mail address and your password if you already have a customer account, otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data will be acquired, processed and used according to statutory provisions regarding data protection (Privacy Terms). Other use or passing on to third parties will not take place. If you are logged in already, you can now choose forwarding/parcel service as mode of shipment. By clicking the »next« button you will proceed to the next step.

Check Delivery Address

Check Billing Address / Choose Method of Payment

Please check your billing address and choose the desired method of payment. By clicking the »next« button you will proceed to the next step. In the input field »Notes«,you can give additional information regarding your order, if desired.

Finishing the Ordering Process / GTC and Privacy Terms

You will receive an overview of your order: products chosen, delivery and billing address, and contact details. Please check to see if all details are correct and carefully read through the General Terms and Conditions and the  Instruction on Customer’s Right of Withdrawal. You will only be able to continue with the ordering process if you agree to the General Terms and Conditions and to the Privacy Terms (by checking the relevant boxes). By clicking the »Confirm purchase« button, you will send your order to us. By this, you will make a binding offer.

Contract Between You and Us

Exactly when a contract between you and us shall be concluded depends upon the method of payment chosen by you. Detailed information on this can be found on our Customer Information page.
