• Hopper approx. 6-7 liters, for approx. 3.5kg malt
• Throughput of approx. 10g/revolution at medium setting. Corresponds to approx. 60kg/h at 100 revolutions/min
• Housing material: Stainless steel (V2A) and aluminum
• Number of rollers: 2 - made of hardened steel, nitrocarburized, corrosion-protected (not rustproof) - therefore store in a dry place and only use for grinding on the Braumeister

Note:

The malt mill may only be placed on the Braumeister for grinding if there is water inside and no steam is produced. This lid should not be used for heating due to the risk of corrosion of the mill rollers.
